Hello Lovelies! Cuddly Bunny is here to make you smile with some of the cutest Spring wishes for your next card.


Today's project is a one-layer ink-blended friendship OR easter OR love card! After inking the die-cuts with some of my favorite Simon Says Stamp Blending Brushes, we'll create a background with some more ink-blending!

SOME BUNNY LOVES YOU CARD - Ink-blending, Stamping, Alcohol Marker Coloring, Die-cutting

Card Size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

CARD HIGHLIGHTS

INKING THE DIE-CUTS

  1. Die-cut the Pretty Poppies and Cuddly Bunny out of white cardstock.

  2. Place the die-cuts on a Sticky Grid Mat and ink Round Detail Brushes from the following pads to color the flower and bunny:

    1. Lemonade and Cadette - Poppy petals

    2. Limelicious and Fairway - Poppy stem

    3. Gingerbread - Poppy center

    4. Flannel - Bunny top layer

  3. Color in the bunny ears on the base layer with a pink marker and the nose and eyes with a darker grey marker.

  4. Layer and adhere the two poppies and the bunny with Craft Glue.




 

INKING THE BACKGROUND

  1. Use Large Blending Brushes to gently ink the sky (Marine) and grass (Limelicious) areas of the white cardstock card front.

  2. Use Flat Detail Blending Brushes in upward strokes to create the impression of grass with Limelicious and Fairway inks.




FINISHING

  1. Stamp the sentiment from the Ear-Resistibly Cute Stamp Set in the middle of the sun.

  2. Adhere the die-cuts and a blue pearl to finish.
