Hello Lovelies! Another project today from Tim Holtz's Stampers Anonymous 2023 Collection! I feel like I am going to get a lot of mileage out of the Tiny Prints Stamp Set.
These itty bitty florals deliver a gorgeous background in no time and today we will contrast the subtle print with bold sentiments in striking neutrals for a simple, but bold statement cards!
As mentioned in my post about the Bold Botanicals set, we got 6 stamp sets in this new collection with has a great mix of gorgeously detailed vintage images, glorious florals and a sentiment collection with built in backgrounds. Click picture below to shop the bunde, or for purchase individually from Simon Says Stamp.
Let's take a closer look at the two sets at the core of today's card set - Tiny Prints and an old favorite Bold Sayings, as well as some of the other key supplies we'll need:
In addition to the stamps, we'll be using some die-cuts to further accent our bold sentiments:

EMBOSSING
Hello My Friend Panel
Using clear ink, stamp and emboss the Tiny Prints floral image shown with clear embossing powder
Spritz with water to bleach the parts of the panel that are not covered with the embossed image. Let sit for about 40 seconds and then dab up excess water and bleached color from the panel
set aside to dry
Once dry, stamp the sentiment from the Bold Sayings again in clear ink and emboss using white embossing powder. NOTE: It will be fuzzy as the white embossing is going on an uneven surface, but I think that is charming.
Trim un-inked sides of the panel off
Pop-up with foam tape
Best Day Ever Panel
Using Distress Black Soot ink, stamp the second floral image until you achieve a uniform print
Using Distress Black Soot ink, stamp the sentiment until you achieve a sharp black impression
Leaving the sentiment stamp in place and using clear ink, stamp and emboss the sentiment again with clear embossing powder
Trim un-inked sides of the panel off
Pop-up with foam tape
Left: After 3 impressions of the inked sentiment
Right: Panel dusted with clear embossing powder before heat setting
DIE-CUTTING
Die-cut the butterfly layers out of black cardstock and the heart layers out of white cardstock
